Creating a ServiceNow Online User
The Amazon Kendra ServiceNow connector allows you to index your public knowledge articles and public service catalog items. In order to access your content, this connector requires a user with the “admin” role.
For this section you will need a ServiceNow online instance.
- Login into your ServiceNow instance and under User Administration, click on Users.
- On the users list, click on the userID of the user you will use for the connector.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and under the Roles tab, verify that your user has the admin role.
- If you don’t have that role attached to your user, click on the Edit… button and add it.
