Analyzing Kendra Query Results

In this section of the workshop you will explore how to submit a query and how to work with Amazon Kendra’s result. For this task you are going to use Boto, the Amazon Web Services SDK for Python, also, you can find here a list of other SDK options .

You can run the next section of this workshop on your computer or an EC2 instance, in my case I’m going to use a Jupyter notebook running on a Sagemaker notebook instance.

If you decide to use a Sagemaker notebook instance, you can follow these steps for the initial setup. For the instance type the smallest instance available works, in my case I’m using a ml.t2.medium instance, also I’m using a new execution role (keep the name of the role handy as we will need it later).
